All service sales are final, however if you are not 100% satisfied with your services then you have up to two weeks to notify us and we will make any adjustments at no charge to you. Provided your hair is in the same condition it was as you left and you are using the products prescribed by your stylist. Any attempt to correct any issues voids any guarantee.”
